End-User License Agreement
You buy a licence to use the software (UTU Swiss), your are not allowed to distributed licensed copies. This is software, it may contain bugs, but we try our hardest to avoid this. However, there are no waranties and we are not liable for any loss which may result.

Returns Policy
Simple. If you don't like it and you contact us (within a reasonable period of time) you can have your money back. No catches
If you decide UTU Swiss is not suitable for your purposes, notify us within 30 days and we will arrange a full refund.
Your registration details will be removed from the automated registration system. The version of UTU Swiss installed on your machine will revert to a Trail version.
If required, you can uninstall UTU Swiss from your machine.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase UTU Swiss, your name, address, email address and your machine details are stored by UTU Limited to administer your registration.
Your credit or debit card details are not stored by UTU Limited.
Your payment details (including your credit/debit card details) are encrypted and passed directly to Braintree (UTU Limited's payment service provider).
Braintree uses your card details to process your payment. Braintree does not retain your card details. Please read Braintree's privacy policy for more details.
Your personal details are used to administer your registration and occasionally to notify you of significant enhancements or problems with UTU Swiss.
Your personal details will not be passed on or sold to any third parties.
